Arwyn had her very first haircut today at the ripe old age of 2. I didn't even cry or anything. Jule the Hair Lady was awesome. She let Arwyn look at and hold (!) her digital camera, talked to her about doggies and birthdays and gave her a sucker when she was done.
Then we went to the library and Arwyn ran around outside with her friends while Mommy got to have an adult conversation, cramming as many words as possible into the hour.
We're still whiney and snotty in the Horstman house. All I'm hoping for at this point is a better day tomorrow.
